What I do when I'm not at AAVE: I teach Special Education, grades 7-9, at Mapleton Expeditionary School of the Arts (MESA) in Thornton, CO. I am also a graduate student at the University of CO, Boulder. On the weekends I hike, ski, travel, bike, and visit with friends and family.
