The Perfect Day: Being outside in the sun with people I love and my dogs, Caden and Nova. I would love to be climbing, mountain biking, hiking, having a picnic, playing guitar, or just reading a good book.
Dream Job: To own my own outdoor wilderness company and help young people work through self-esteem and emotional issues using the outdoors.
Dream Vacation: I would love to spend some time in Thailand rock climbing and scuba diving!
What I do when I'm not at AAVE: I just got back from 5 weeks in Australia and I'm currently working in Leadville, CO as a dog-sledding guide. In the spring I will be running the wilderness program at the local high school which consists of rock climbing, orienteering, backpacking, and canyoneering. I like to rock climb, mountain bike, ski, hike, slack line, practice poi, play guitar, sing at open mic nights, and when I have time, I help out my roommate on his straw-bale house.
