Backcountry campsite in The Chugach
Once again, everything on my trip was successful! I had not doubts, after having an amazing time in Costa Rica the summer before. Alaska was absolutely amazing… the trip itself was incredible. The backpacking trips were so fun, hard and intense at times, but overall really fun and challenging. Glacier climbing was one of the coolest things I have ever done, and I love being able to brag about that one! haha… The leaders were awesome. In fact we have already had some partial reunions! Writing this now is making me miss everyone and just being in Alaska sooo much! Thanks again AAVE for contributing to one of the best summers of my life! -Erin Walker
