We Love Our Lives! - Costa Rica Clasica 3A

Hello Abbott & Bold Earth families!
We Love Our Lives! has become a catch phrase for the trip! Since our time at the beach we have been so active. We made our way to Rincon de la Vieja a beautiful national parks and time to relax at the mud spas! We celebrated Emma’s birthday with mountain biking to a beautiful waterfall and in the afternoon some extreme tubing! Tubing was SO much fun we wanted to go again. We all tried to link hands through the rocky sections but it was almost impossible! after all the laughing and good times in Rinco de la Vieja, we traveled to our next location, Santa Ana. We are now here, outside of San Jose in our second homestays. The homes are beautiful and this time everyone has a partner in the homestay. This is making the translating a lot easier for the group to practice their Spanish.
We are working in La Carpio for these two days, painting murals, building bunk beds, and building fences. This has been a great opportunity for the kids to all realize how thankful they are for everything! Tomorrow is our last day in La Carpio and then we make our way to the Pacuare River for rafting. The Pacuare River is rated one of the top 5 rivers in the world! It’s going to be awesome. Hope all is well in the states and we will be seeing you soon!
