I loved my Hawaii summer. I have never worked for a better company than AAVE!!! Not only do I love everything we do and everywhere we go, but I love how it is set up for the leaders to make it their own trip. I also love the support and care Abbott gives the staff, families and campers of the AAVE family. BEST JOB EVER! -Ian Silberman

I love the freedom Trip Leaders have on their own trips. Not just budget, but also in travel and activities. This allows my creativity to show and I love the feeling I have after a successful trip. I am so happy to have found AAVE and am looking forward to continuing! -Katie Peyton
